Vendor Guidelines

Set-Up - Downtown

All downtown vendors must be fully set up by 8:00 AM on Saturday, October 10. Plan to stay through the end of the event.

Set-Up - Balloon Regatta

Balloon Glow vendors (Oct 9) may arrive early before the 5:00 PM start. Regatta vendors (Oct 10 & 11) may set up before the 7:00 AM balloon launch.

Electricity (Downtown Vendors)

Food vendors: electricity is included at no extra charge. Craft & non-food vendors: electricity is a $10 add-on if available. Both 110V and 220V - not guaranteed. Request on your application.

Proof of Insurance

Food vendors are required to submit their proof of insurance prior to the event. This is a mandatory requirement for all food vendors participating in the festival to ensure everyone is covered and safe.
